This article is the delivery process: what we do in a client campaign week by week. It is not a price list. Campaign types you can commission are on Solutions. Definitions and selection criteria are in the playbook.
Influencer collaboration looks simple from the outside. Pick the influencers, plan the posts, publish the content. In reality, LinkedIn influencer marketing is far more than that.
Our work doesn’t mean connecting a client with a few influencers and waiting for a report after the campaign. We build the entire process so that every collaboration delivers maximum value.
Here’s what Linkfluence Partners actually does for clients.
1. We select influencers on behalf of the client
The first task isn’t finding the most well-known influencers. It’s finding the right ones.
We use data to evaluate the influencer’s audience, content, reach, and fit with the client’s goals. Not all followers are equally valuable. For a B2B company, 10,000 highly relevant followers can be a more valuable audience than 100,000 people who will never buy the company’s services.
That’s why we don’t start by asking “who are the biggest influencers?” We ask: “which influencers are genuinely relevant to this client?“
2. We plan content around the influencer
We don’t want to create a company ad that the influencer simply posts on their profile. The content needs to feel like something that person could have posted anyway.
That’s why we consider the influencer’s personal brand, style, expertise, audience, and way of talking about topics. We plan content in collaboration with the influencer and help with content creation when needed.
The goal is to combine three things: the client’s objective, the influencer’s personal brand, and a topic that’s relevant to the audience.
3. We optimize publishing times
Timing matters. That’s why we don’t leave publishing dates entirely to chance.
We use data and previous observations about when the audience is active and when content can get the best possible start. A single timing won’t make or break a campaign, but when everything else is optimized, timing shouldn’t be left to guesswork either.
4. We help the client leverage the influencer’s post
This is one of the most underrated aspects of influencer marketing. The influencer’s post is not the end of the campaign.
When the post goes live, the client has an opportunity to do a lot. That’s why we give clients a concrete Collaboration Boost guide:
- How to participate in the post’s discussion?
- Which people from the company should join the conversation?
- Should the content be shared in own channels?
- How to identify interested people?
- How to turn attention into conversations?
- How to get more out of the campaign without forcing every person into a lead?
The influencer brings attention. We help the client make the most of it.
5. We measure what can actually be measured
We don’t want to end a campaign with a report that says “the campaign reached 150,000 people.” Reach is important, but it doesn’t tell us what the campaign achieved.
That’s why we track, where possible:
- visibility
- engagement
- link clicks
- traffic
- profile visits
- conversations
- audience quality
- and other signals relevant to the campaign
The goal is to understand what actually happened during the campaign.
6. We don’t just measure campaigns. We analyze LinkedIn
This is where our work expands beyond influencer collaboration. We continuously gather data from campaigns and LinkedIn content about what interests the client’s target audience.
- Which topics work?
- Which angles spark discussion?
- What kind of content generates reactions?
- What content reaches the right audience?
- What are people getting interested in?
This becomes LinkedIn marketing insight data for the client.
7. We use the data for the next month
This is perhaps the most important point for us. Data isn’t the last page of a report. It’s the first page of the next month.
When we know what worked, we can turn it into action for the next round. Influencer selection. Topics. Content angles. Publishing timing. The client’s own LinkedIn content. Strategy.
The process doesn’t go: campaign, report, done. It goes: campaign, data, insights, optimization, next campaign. And the same cycle starts again.
What does this mean for the client?
In practice, the client isn’t just buying a few influencer posts. They get a complete framework where:
- we select the right influencers
- we help build the right content
- we optimize the execution
- we help leverage the posts as effectively as possible
- we measure results
- we analyze what was learned on LinkedIn
- and use those learnings to build the next round
This is why we don’t think of Linkfluence Partners as just an influencer agency. We build data-driven LinkedIn marketing for clients, where influencers are one important part of the whole.
The influencer brings attention. We help turn that attention into insight, conversations, and business value.
