The register is the Linkfluence Partners Oy Client, Stakeholder, Marketing, and Creator Network Register.

The register contains data on the following categories of individuals:

  • Representatives, contact persons, and decision-makers of existing and prospective client companies
  • Individuals who submit contact forms, send emails, or book meetings (e.g., via Calendly)
  • Recipients of B2B marketing communications, publications, and insights
  • Members and partners of our curated LinkedIn creator network
  • Website visitors (technical logs and aggregated analytics)

04. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data only for predefined, legitimate purposes in compliance with Article 6 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679):

Client Relationships & Service Delivery

Legal basis: Performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6.1 b). Campaign planning, execution, management, billing, and communication.

Inquiries & Meeting Bookings

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1 f). Responding to inquiries, campaign brief requests, and managing Calendly scheduling.

B2B Marketing & Email Communications

Legal basis: Legitimate interest and/or consent (GDPR Art. 6.1 a/f). Sending relevant B2B insights and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click.

Creator Network Coordination

Legal basis: Contractual relationship or legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1 b/f). Managing creator partnerships, briefs, compensations, and performance reporting.

Legal Obligations

Legal basis: Compliance with statutory legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6.1 c), including the retention of accounting and invoicing records under Finnish accounting laws.

05. Categories of Personal Data Processed

We collect only the personal data that is necessary and proportionate for our business operations:

Contact Details & Email Collection

First and last name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, LinkedIn profile URL, and postal/billing address.

Communication & Inquiry Records

Messages submitted via website forms, Calendly booking details (chosen time, pre-meeting answers), email correspondence, and marketing preferences or opt-out status.

Creator Profile Information

Public professional background, audience reach and demographics, areas of expertise, agreement records, billing details, and campaign post metadata.

Technical & Analytics Data

IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and page usage patterns (collected via Google Analytics 4 in aggregated/anonymized form).

06. Regular Data Sources

Personal data is primarily obtained directly from the individual:

  • Through web contact forms or downloadable materials
  • Via email, telephone, or LinkedIn communications
  • Through meeting bookings scheduled via Calendly
  • During contractual negotiations and business engagements
  • From public professional B2B sources (such as company websites, official business registries, and LinkedIn profiles) to facilitate legitimate B2B business dialogue.

07. Data Disclosures and International Transfers

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers & Processors: We use trusted IT, cloud, email, and analytics vendors (e.g., Google Workspace, Calendly, Cloudflare, Apix Messaging Oy for invoicing) who process data on our behalf under GDPR Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
  • Authorities: Data may be disclosed to statutory authorities when required by applicable law (e.g., tax or financial authorities).

Data is predominantly processed and stored within the EU/EEA. Where a service provider transfers data outside the EU/EEA (e.g., to the United States), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

08. Retention Periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein or required by law:

  • Client and contract records: Retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period thereafter to address potential claims or legal obligations.
  • Inquiries & meeting records: Retained for the duration of communication and up to 24 months from the last contact if no contract ensues.
  • B2B marketing communications: Retained as long as the contact holds a relevant B2B role or until they opt out / unsubscribe.
  • Accounting and financial documents: Retained for six (6) years following the end of the fiscal year in accordance with Finnish accounting legislation.

09. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following enforceable rights regarding your personal data:

Right of Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your data and inspect the records held about you.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate, obsolete, or incomplete personal data.

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You can request deletion of your personal data when there is no longer a legal ground or statutory obligation to retain it.

Right to Restriction and Objection

You may request the restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests under specific circumstances.
